New mobile payments service called Zoompass to be launched through a joint venture (Enstream) between Canadian Mobile Network Operators Bell, Rogers, and Telus.

EnStream” and their mandate is to “enable every mobile device user to access their electronic
money, identification and other personal information for transacting – at any time and any place.”
