Monitise Americas today announced that managing director, Soren Bested, will speak at the educational conference program during International CTIA WIRELESS 2010®, taking place March 22-25 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Soren will participate on the “International” panel during the Special Interest Seminar titled Money over Mobile and will discuss global mobile money trends and technical innovations. This full day Industry Development event brings together the thought leaders and innovators in the niche area of using the mobile phone to transact mobile financial services. Soren joins an elite group of successful leaders from the wireless industry, dedicated to providing financial services over the mobile.

“Mobile innovation continues to drive rapid change for business and personal interaction, and this spring’s CTIA educational program will address next generation technologies, new players and emerging opportunities,” said Robert Mesirow, vice president and show director for CTIA. “We are delighted that Monitise Americas will be contributing to the discussion.”

“I’m honored to participate at this year’s CTIA Wireless show. The global mobile market is a necessary discussion when determining the potential mobile can have on the US market,” said Soren Bested. “Likewise, this is a great opportunity for Monitise to provide some insights into the successes and partnerships we have developed on an international level.”

The “International” panel within the Money over Mobile Special Interest Seminar will take place on Monday, March 22, at 2:30PM.
