eServGlobal Delivers Unified Recharge Solution to Wataniya Kuwait

eServGlobal, a global telecoms software vendor specialising in Mobile Money and Value-Added Services, announces that it has successfully upgraded the recharge systems of Middle East operator, Wataniya Kuwait, to its unified solution, PayMobile.

eServGlobal (LSE: ESG & ASX: ESV), a global telecoms software vendor specialising in Mobile Money and Value-Added Services announces that it has successfully upgraded the recharge systems of Middle East operator, Wataniya Kuwait, to its unified solution, PayMobile.

Wataniya Telecom Kuwait, Best Telecom Operator of 2012 and 2011 in Kuwait, first adopted eServGlobal voucher management technology in 2001. In February 2009 it extended its offer by deploying eServGlobal's solution for electronic recharge.  The companies have worked closely for more than a decade to build solutions which assist the operator to lead and innovate in the local market.

Employing eServGlobal technology, Wataniya Kuwait is able to offer recharge through an extensive distribution network. At present, the nationwide network encompasses more than 16,000 agents and is still expanding. The popularity of electronic recharge has now grown to account for more than 60% of recharges.
