Dallas-based ii2P, a leading provider of help desk productivity optimization and secure password management solutions, products and services, today announced the widespread availability of the company’s new mobile point-of-sale (POS) payment platform. ii2P’s comprehensive on site payment solution is specifically designed to enable the processing of WIC EBT cash voucher benefits, SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits, as well as commercial debit and credit cards for Farmers’ Market Associations (FMAs) across the state of Texas and the United States.
The State of Texas Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program recently certified ii2P’s mobile point-of-sale solution after successfully completing a WIC EBT Pilot program with Farmers’ Market Associations in Austin, San Antonio and Fort Worth, Texas. The State of Texas pilot program successfully tested the viability of WIC client access to fresh produce while also providing an economic stimulus to farmers.
