Mobile money service, Zoompass, expected to launch in Canada, on June 15.
Canada's three biggest wireless carriers are set to jointly announce
a new service that allows subscribers to use their mobile devices to
send money back and forth as easily as they swap text messages – a
tentative first step into the realm of mobile commerce.
Dubbed
Zoompass, the PayPal-like service is set to be launched Monday by a
company called EnStream, a joint venture involving Rogers
Communications Inc., Bell Canada Inc. and Telus Corp.
