NTC Texas, a payment processor representing Elavon Global Acquiring Solutions throughout the United States announced exciting new upgrades to their existing mobile payment processing suite, Virtual Merchant Mobile (VMM). With the addition of Electronic Signature Capture and Apple’s iPAD Optimization VMM has evolved as a major competitor in the world of mobile payments.

The Electronic Signature Capture allows users to electronically capture cardholder signatures at the time of sale on all supported Apple and Android mobile devices (Excluding Blackberry OS). Cardholders use their fingers to sign the device screen. Merchants have the option of printed or on screen receipts, complete with cardholder’s signature, ensuring added protection from chargebacks.

VMM also now supports an optimized iPAD version of its application. This will allow for better usability and a more attractive interface than users currently using the iPhone application on the iPAD. Both updates have been submitted to the appropriate App stores for merchants to download throughout the week for free.
