Sybase 365 iPhone Mobile Banking Application

Sybase 365 has announced the release of its mobile banking application for the iPhone available to financial institutions worldwide through the Sybase® mBanking 365™ platform.

Sybase 365 , a subsidiary of Sybase, Inc. (NYSE:SY), the global leader in mobile messaging and mobile commerce, has announced the release of its mobile banking application for the iPhone available to financial institutions worldwide through the Sybase® mBanking 365™ platform. The new application serves as a turnkey mobile banking solution for financial institutions, allowing them to quickly and easily roll-out full-service banking capabilities to their customers with Sybase 365 managing the entire infrastructure.  Sybase 365 also announced BBVA Compass  as one of the first adopters of the Sybase 365 mBanking iPhone application solution.

“It was most efficient for us to turn to Sybase 365 to manage the entire project and deploy all of the technologies,” said Chris Causey, Vice President, Internet Banking Department BBVA Compass. “This new service helps BBVA Compass retain and attract new customers, providing another avenue of banking for users beyond visiting branches, calling by phone, or accessing accounts via the Internet.”

With the deployment of the Sybase mBanking 365 iPhone application, BBVA Compass customers can now check balances, view posted and pending transactions, transfer funds between accounts, and interact securely with bank representatives, from the convenience of their iPhone.
