TGI Friday's lets you pay with your smartphone. There are 350 TGI Friday's locations, out of around 650 nationwide, that offer the new mobile payment technology. The special app for the restaurant is available on the App Store and Google Play.

The days of waiting for your check are over.

That is, at least, if you are the kind of person who dines out or goes for drinks at TGI Friday's, and you're also the kind of person who's enthusiastic about mobile technology, and you also live near one of the TGI locations chosen for this pilot rollout.

The next time you're out enjoying some wings and an over-priced hamburger, don't worry about opening up your wallet. You'll be able to pay your bill with your iPhone or Android phone.

This isn't the same kind of mobile payment technology you've been hearing about over the last few months, though.
