The Word from GSMA's Mobile Money Summit in Barcelona 
Summer may be hot in Barcelona, but the Summit in Barcelona was cool!  We were there and provide some key takeaways from some of the top names in the MVT world (or "ecosystem" as it goes by lately).
Western Union Looks to Establish MVT Hegemony  
It may have seemed they were holding back on the sidelines, but increasingly large multinationals are angling for strong future positions in this space.

Certainly Some Summit! - But Where's the Money?

The GSMA MMT Summit proved a global summit indeed.  New partnerships and initiatives were announced; the themes discussed ranged from the same old, “it’s a marathon, not a sprint,” to acknowledging that collaboration and m-commerce are key.
